Hey I am an ameteaur modder and I want to know what program to use if I want to make my own projectiles and not just swap projectiles between weapons. Ive searched the site and all I can find are programs for Halo CE not Halo 2
well projectiles are normally made up of several tags, and by changing these tags you can edit the effect of the projectile. You could then go further and edit bitmaps too to make it completely custom.
