i jux downloaded dothalo

and it saved as a .rar file

what do i have to do now?

when i go to open it it says windows cannot open it

You have to download winrar, google it. This will allow you to unrar the file and open dothalo. Rar files are similiar to zip files.

i got the winrar but i dont know how to make it work ither

Have you installed it? Once it is installed right click on the rar file and select the option that says extract files to 'whatever the rar file is called'.
