Softmod+xbox live?

Hey, if i softmod, it wont band me from xbox live will it?
if so, how would i fix it?

No. Microsoft cannot detect a softmod. Only modchips.

If you deside to mod games you will be banned from xbl.

so i can only get banned if the server detects im cheating or doing something wrong online with other people?

If you have a softmod you have to be very careful about it. I don't want to discuss a lot about it.
