How do i add maps to main menu?

Ok, i knew how to do this about three months ago, but i havent done it since and have been looking like hell through my apps, can someone send me to a tutorial or let me know how to add maps to the main menu? I would appreciate it so much!!!! Im also trying to make a mod for the holiday contest, so plz plz plz someone help me out, thanks and Happy Holidays!!

use a program called Serneity, it's extremely easy and self explanitory, check the files forum
