Injecting Scripts?

How do you go about injecting scripts? I have tried and tried but whenever i do the scripts end up being all messed up..
and the tutorials ive found all have dead links...

EDIT: The tutorials don't have dead links, you just need to register for the files forum thats all. I found out how to get scripts working myself on zanzibar. Zanzibar has a bunch of scripts already on the map, but they aren't being used, so i just overwrote one of them and now it works!
