Xored/Yelo help

I know i sound like n00b, so bear with me.

I'm noy sure im using the launcher correctly, have yelo in the folder designated by the Xored config file, but when it comes to the the launch screen i cant really see what to do and the only thing that does anything but make the screen flash is the X button that launches halo, is that all im suposed to do? It just gives me a black screen when i enable yelo in the evox dash. Help please......................................................................
