Skinning Problem

Hello,
Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times.
But I've been searching relentlesly, to no avail.

I've used ADI, Ch2, Entity, and DotHalo.
I'm trying to find a program, or method.
To extract, and open.
An uncorrupted .dds of the following formats.
(And I "can" open Bumpmaps)

Formats:
A8
Y8
A8Y8
AY8
A4R4G4B4

Also, if any of you know of the New H2 hud skin in the file forums,
can you link me up?
I can't seem to find it.
