Map problems

Hey there when ever I load my modded Terminal,Relic,Gemeni,Turf, and Backwash, they freeze during gameplay, except for Turf, turf won't lod and when it is about to hit num. 1 it freezes. Whats the problem. Also my only modded maps that dont do this are Saintcuary amd Containment. plz hellp me Out I got to fix this problem also if you need to talk to me my xbl gamertag is arnoldtc2004.

It's probably the mod you are using. Try using another one.

Now when ever I try to join a game with relic my xbox freezes at the setting up game screen. I'll try a diffrtent mod for relic. anyone have a good one.

There is no reason to use CMR, unless your tdata modding, which is bad. Just add it to the mainmenu.

It may have something to do with a missing Jmad or Mode on a weapon's depenencys sometimes programs remove them. What did you do to the map when it started to freeze?

My relic map will run the countdown perfectly, but when it goes black to "fade in" to the level, it just stays black. There is no sound, and it's just frozen.

This happens with a clean map as well. Help?

it crash's with a clean unmodded map?
heres what i sujest for that, get a fresh copy of Shared.map and Mainmenu.map from your halo 2 disc.

i had a hdd die in my xb, and mainmenu.map became corrupted, and would crash at fadeout after the count.

getting a fresh copy of those maps fixed it.

you are more than likely correct, but what if hes like me and has 2 xbox's? / Sys link?

He gave his XBL Gamertag. I am not saying that you guys do not present valid points, but to me this guy is an XBL modder. Also he is only working in the TDATA folder, which (more often than not) screams XBL MODDER!!!

I'm not defending him, but it doesn't have to mean that, I fooled around in TDATA before I put it on my disc to see if I really did want to begin modding. But yea he's probally a XBL modder.
