I'm planning to make a show with halo guys like with special agent bob, and secret agent steve on G4 Tech TV. Where do I those apps? And how do I do the voice overs and editing?

Those are capture cards(can be pretty expensive). Google it. It pretty much has nothing to do with modding. You can do the editing and stuff with windows movie maker(but it is a pretty bad editing program)

I would use a no HUD AR save for filming. Get a capture card. Record your vids. Then record your voice with a mic and use a video editing program to piece it all togheather.

use the screencap trainer to get better shots, and u can do prety cool effects. if u don't want a captur card, u can look up dazzle, thats wat i use
