Laser guides?

hey i probably sound like a total noob well cause i pretty much am but i was wonderin how to make a laser pointer for guns i know i use covi carbine for the laser but i don't know how to get it to come out the magnum and still shoot magum bullets also i need help with the green carbine shot to red

also i was trying to put a pelican on Headlong and the unknown 11 wasn't availible to click? so i can't fix the seats any suggestions

You have to go to dev mode, in insolence, for the pelican.

Unknown 11?! You need to get some up to date Insolence plugins. There's only 5 unknowns in the root of the vehi tag anymore.
What map did you get the pelican from?
