The weirdest thing is happening to me. When I save (recursive, parsed, sounds) the floodcombat UDLG, then build into my MP map, everything goes smoothly. Then when I assign the UDLG to the MC or Elite, the game freezes whenever I activate a sound. Here's the really weird part. I took all of the sounds from the UDLG and assigned them to weapons; they work great. I don't understand. (Note: I have restarted and tested this process about 8 times on clean maps.)
Put quite simply, the sounds work, but the dialog does not. Is it because the dialog is a SP dialog, and some of the sounds in it cannot be activated in MP? When I assigned flood sounds to the elite_loose dialog, it still froze. I am so confused.
Weird UDLG/sound injection problem..
it will be to do with the mc/elite not having the right actions to use the sounds prob
