A few qustions on modding Halo 2.

I really would like to know how to edit the rocket speed on insolence, and also how to change the model of the rocket from a rocket to master chief or something. I looked through all the models on the maps, but i did not find anything about rockets. Could it be possible that the rocket model is in one of the shared maps? Also, how can I get these shared maps without ripping Halo 2 to my hard drive?

Another thing, how can I change the amount of warthogs on a map and there spawn positions on my own(without a patch)?

Change the speed of the Rocket in DotHalo. Just go into the [weap] tag and change the speed in the tag editor.

for the hogs you can either add chunks to to the collection and make them hogs or you could just swap the dependecy of other items into warhogs by going to the itmc tag and choosing the items dependacy.

Ok To The First Ones

Rocket's

Rocket Speed - Go Into Dothalo (Its an app) Goto The "Jpt" tag (damage effect) Select The Rocket And Find The Inital Projectile Speed And SLOW it down, (you can change the final speed too)

Save It And Sign It, play it

Rocket Like Masterchief -
Easy Select The Rocket Under The "Proj" tag (the projectile) Look in the dependecies and find something that looks like "hlmt - some/stupid/thing/like/rockets" And Swap It To "hlmt - /hlmt/bipeds/masterchief"

And there is no way to play maps without it on your hd unless you do it to the newer maps. (dont mod on xbl)

And for a quick way to get more hogs, switch the meta offsets of the banshee and maybe some weapons to the "vehi" then warthogs meta offsets
