Anyone wanna' help me on my night vision progress?

OK, the closest I've gotten to fully working nightvision was that it only worked on the sniper when you played by yourself. If plugged in other controller and signed in with a character, the night vision didn't glow at all. I've tried all the first person things in the ligh tag, and it just works the same. I added another attachment to the sniper and set the first part of it to flashlight, and the other 2 null. If you know what I'm talking about and have tried and almost gotten night vision, too... anyone wanna' help me and maybe we can figure it out?
