Internalizing

Post by D86theduck »

I internalize my MC to make some nice winter camo. The internalize process works just fine but when I inject the new 'skin' for the MC and try to fix the encryption it freezes up and I get an error. I got it to work ONCE on coag but now I can't get it to work at all. Something I'm doing wrong?

I'm using Tfav's bitmap internalizer and DotHalo.

This is just a guess cause I don't have either of those applications, but.. It's possible that "the bitmap internalizer" puts the wrong file size in the header (and DotHalo uses the header value when calculating the new encryptomatic signature) or it doesn't always pad the map properly. Either could result in a "System.IO.EndOfStreamException: Unable to read beyond the end of the stream" error when trying to resign the map.. Just speculation though.

ok I actually got it on my own. You were part of it Aequitas. I figured out that since I internalized it a certain way (The 'proper method') that I would get the error. Thanks for your help :D
