Help on maps

Can you please tell me how to put more maps than there are on halo 2. also I have a hard time finding maps online, where would I be able to get some for halo 2.

the links are working the tutorials aren' good. I want something so simple my dad could figure it out.

I can't find any maps on that website. I want website or forum. that has alot of maps. I don't want patches or or ppf's I want maps.

The way I understand it When you Download, Or Make, a map
(You'll need a FTP program) Like this:

And you Drag and drop to the FTP program and transfer to your Xbox
then save to your XB HD as a .map file,

now remember that I'm new,(Realy new) so I might be wrong,
