Setting up an ftp with a router

i have a router which connects to my pc and my xbox, is there a way i can setup an ftp using my router, if so how, if not what do i need.

...your blind, use the button wit a 'S' at the start of it at the top of this page and if u are to lazy, u either need 2 straight through cables when using a router and a crossover cable when not using a router, but when u use a router make sure u say to use a static IP.
