Creating "Larger PPFs"

Creating "Larger PPFs"

What program would I use to make a PPF with skins and Injections into it. I tried Glitchys Sized PPF but I just failed to load the map...Help :?

Is their another way...I HATE SERENITY. IDK mabey i just have a glitchy prgram.
