How do you change weapon spwan coordinates using Insolence?

How do you change weapon spwan coordinates using Insolence?

I can't seem to figure it out.

Go to the scnr tag. Click the words "edit mode" so that they change to "dev mode". Go to Netgame equipment and they are all in there; even vehicles.

Also how do you change the weapon that one person spawns with?
