odd sounds from game

i was workig on a halo 2 map and I injected that giant peice of floating road (you know the one that hands from the crane) and when I went to try out the map it loaded fine but when i died it gave me this really nasty crunching sound. Does any1 know what that is?

is there any way to get rid of that? Is the game missing a souind or something? How do I fix that

if you find out the sound string or whatever you could null it so it wont be heard

it only happens when I kill someone. What is causing that sound?

I have had that problem also.

. For me it happened when i injected the ODST into multiplayer. I tried to fix it but i couldnt figure it out.
