how do i get the stupid ppf to work on the mainmenu map

how do i get the stupid ppf to work on the mainmenu map for landfill
when i load the map it counts down and then it goes black then it just goes back to the custom game screen help please and if i want to do it my self with no ppf how do i get landfill

You have to remove the latest auto-update. I recommend using the one from the map pack disc so the game play changes still work and DLC still works.
