Make effects bigger for wraith mortar?

I have the plugin for h2x that lets you make effects larger but i donno how to use it. Can someone tell me or show me how to make the size of the wraith mortar bigger?

did u put the plugin in the plugins folder? If u did goto the [effe] tags and find the effect u want to change.Then it should allow u to edit it.

of course i put it in the plugin folder. and no i won't release it until i feel comfortable with the other stuff. I still haven't gotten it to work.
