So what does the AU do?

Cuase I have a modded Xbox and yet don't have anything modded in TDATA Wich I haven't even touched tdata yet. so will I be banned from MM or can I still have my mods and cold boot and have like the reg halo game *nothing has ever been touched o my CD except to put it on my HD.

I have a whole bunch of modded stuff on my E drive, but nothing in Tdata, I have a chip so i've got nothing on C (that shouldnt be there) either. I'm therefore assuming it's safe to have mods on E, just not in Tdata. Don't know about C and all you softmodders though.

i have 2 modded boxs so i decided to throw one into the fire and try it on live since i have no mods for cheating so i signed on and BOOOOM nothing happend im not banned from MM so i tryed the other one and same thing so as long as your not cheating i think u should be ok mine is

X3 in both box's

Well, as far as I know, this auto-update did nothing. My friend (who doesn't have a modded box) got matched up with people who said they were still modding (before game launched), and then proved it. I looked at their stats, and well, thiswas one of their games afterwards. I know how they did it, but I'm not going to tell. I don't know if they are banned yet either though.

it wont make them dl the update tell they sign off of xbl so they could play modded maps all day long as long as they dont sign off

haha^^^ I just want to know if you will be able to continue logging onto xbl w/ your xbox's w/ x3's? Or will it take bungie a few days to gather enough info and ban you?

not saying i log on with the chip on or even cheat online im just sayin it didnt do shit to mine when i log on to play MM, but either way ill post back if i get banned just for having a modchip installed

ya the tank guy in this that got 43 kills in the game has been black listed check his stats no games played in anything so i think the au is doing its job

ok, i was playin with mods when the au came out, nothin happened, played about ten games, stopped, checked to see if i went up on the leaderboards and i was blackxlisted. if i play one more game in MM, im banned.
