Adding new selections to mainmenu(no not maps)
Alright, does anyone know how to add a selection to the mainmenu? U know like a biped or another emblem slection. So for instance you would have two master cheifs and an elite instead of just a MC and elite at character model selection. The only thing that i can think of would be to into the map with a hex editor and find the location of it and make a copy? But im not very experienced with hex so i could(and most likely) will be wrong. I have a big idea for a new type of mainmenu patch and if i can get just a couple more slots at the character model selection i think i can get this to work.

Even if you did manage to add a new selection to the map (biped for example) you wouldnt be able to pass it on to another map, I think selections and how the game uses mainmenu.map is in the xbe.
Mainmenu.map is just data, the xbe needs to figure out how to use that data and is hard coded to use mainmenu a cretain way(for the ui and shared maps)
