Cannon Launcher!!!!

Ok so i was going through my computer a few days ago and i found a Cannon Launcher.rar so i unrared it to see what it was, it was filled with map pathcing signing and a bunch of other stuff, it had all the halo 1, and halo 2 modpacks, and some special ui that made them work or somtin ike that, any way could any one try an figure out where this came from plz.
