xbox 360 maps

i removed the hdd from me 360 and put it in me pc then i used xplorer 360 and took the maps out then i modded them or applied patches and resigned them and put it back on me mdd and put me hdd in me 360 strted up halo 2 and tried to load the map and got the can not load the map help

This should be posted in the "Modding Section" and I think discussion about TDATA modding is agenst the rules if not them someone please tell me so I can help him.
