I thought making a topic to talk about your stories of xbox live would be a good idea. Here's mine.

Yesterday i was playing team BR on burial mounds and i was fighting an enemy near those covie ground things and a threw a plasma grenade and missed badly. I still managed to kill the guy but 2 seconds later i get a double kill. Appently i stuck a guy i never saw on the other side of the hill. I was laughing at the whole thing.

lol, well ages ago on burial mounds I was by that structure thing pointing out of the ground near the rocket launcher spawn, with the rocket launcher, and 3 of the other team were in a warthog and had just reached the end of the ribs nearest the base, and were turning right to drive towards the base. Anyway I shot a rocket across pretty much the whole map from where I was standing right to where they were going to be in he next few seconds (which was just at that point were your just about to turn right again and actually enter the base), and it hit'em

Woo go me.

Well, This pertains on the Halo 3 beta. I was playing Double Team on High Ground, and I was using the PP+BR combo(no longer the noob combo). I kept killing them and we won, and when the game is over, this guy sends me a message saying, "Oh, your real cool, you were using the noob combo, you have no skill, you peace of ****". I message him back saying "Well it's obvious to me that you don't know what skill is, because i have good aiming and i was able to hit you with a overcharge and was able to kill you". Everybody knows Bungie nerffed the noob combo, so now its just the pp+br combo. He made me laugh, not my fault he likes to whine.

The other day, this hilarious thing happened to me on Team Slayer on Midship. I was on the 2nd floor of one of the bases with my teammates, and I tossed a sticky into a group of blue guys (enemies), who were next to those things that explode (dont remember the name), so there was a giant explosion and the game all of a sudden tells me I splattered someone. I was rofl for quite a while after that one.

my story was today. i was on tombstone (team slayer) and we were down by 10. so my whole team quit and i was left to fend for myself against the 4 of them. i had the sword and sniper. they were on top of red base. one of them jumped down to get the overshield, i asassinated him with the sword, got the overshield, stuck the guy behind me, killed another guy around the corner. i was about ot turn the corner when this guy was crouching on the other side. i poped out with the sniper riifle and he was 2 feet away from me. i had it right on him. he must of been suprised because we stared at each other for about a second then i no scoped him. i was laughing the rest of the time. well the game ended and i won by one (they started quiting during the end). the 2 guys left were so pissed. it was really funny

Yesterday I didn't play until night time and we won every match out of like 20 something and then got modded on the last another reason why cheaters should die.

I was on Beaver Creek, Team Slayer, and there was a sniper on the big pillar thing in the middle, a guy down in the stream, and a guy running for the blue base's sniper post. I sniped the guy in the stream from the red base sniper post. I jumped up and got a double and assasination off the guy on the middle pillar thing. Then I threw a frag grenade and with a lot of luck the guy ran right into it and I got a triple kill.
My team won,
But then I got modded like Umbral.

Once, a long long time ago, I was with a few friends playing team slayer on ivory tower. We were losing, badly, and at the time we'd regrouped at the bottom of the ramp. One of my team mates had the rocket launcher, and we were going to go ambush all the guys up at the sniper post. I was walking a little ways behind and in a split second, one of the guys ran forward just as my friend shot a rocket. He got a suicide and two betrayals, and I was the only one left standing (with half my shield left) and I laughed my a** off. And we lost horribly.

But it was so funny

i was playing slayer on coagulation when a ghost comes from red base heading straight for blue base. i through a sticky and then shot a rocket. the rocket blew first and the gohst flew over the base and splatterd one guy the as soon as that happend the stivky went of killing on person near the base.

Well, one time I was playing double team with a level 4 (I was a lvl 12 at the time) and he was really crappy. Well, anyways, we were playing on ascension. Somehow (possibly a network error), we went up against a pair of lvl 23's. I went straight for the RL. He went for the banshee. We kept getting killed over and over, so one of the guys quit. He said we were too easy. Then the other guy meleed me from behind. He then picked up the RL, and shot my friend halfway across the map (he didn't have the banshee anymore). Somehow, I spawned right behind the enemy, and was able to melee him. As soon as I picked up the RL however, the game said "Lord Hondros was assassinated by _________". I was thinking, "how could I have been assassinated by him if I just assassinated him? Then I was killed. Then I said, "f*c*i*g standbyer" and my xbox froze. I was like, WTF? IDK, it was really weird.

Last week, I had a game of Team Slayer on Gemini.
Around half way through the game, my team takes up defences outside since we had the snipe.

I walk up to one of the doors so our sniper could shoot inward and I was almost instantly fired upon by 3 enemy players. I throw a sticky into the doorway and run like hell. As I backed away, I saw it get stuck to one enemy as he backed away....into the rest of his team. The sticky exploded rewardind me with a triple.

Yeah, I was playing Double Team on Ivory Tower and one of the enemies quit, and the other enemy kept teleporting right behind me or my friend and assassinating us. I watched it happen: he was fighting me, then, as he was about to die, he was all of a sudden across the map killing my teammate.

Stupid freaking Live modders.

a week ago i was playing on coagulation and i started on the top of the blue base and just randomly fired at the red base and got a guy in the face and i was just like holy **** then laughed so hard o omost peed me self

I had this killtacular ones without doing shit.
I was flying over coagulation in my banshee.
We where playing capture the flag and i heard a teammate over voicechat say get out the fucking banshee their is a rocket coming so i got out of the banshee and shot it with a magnum(just for fun).
The rocket blew my banshee towards a red camp hitting an other banshee a warthog, a ghost and a sniper guy.

A very fiunny moment for me was a team game on coag. I was behind the enemy base and one warthog began to try and hit me with the normal swipe then turn technique. One hog slowly turned to 2 and then finally the team had all four hogs going for me. I was just jumping around for around 5 minutes until one guy hopped out and began shooting and then I had this big firefight. And they all died and I didnt....IT WAS AWESOME
