hey i was just wondering if there was a map maker for halo 2?

sorry wrong forum but no there arent any map makers for halo 2. and that program doesnt make maps, it edits them. there are programs to change stuff for halo 2 but you cant see the map or anything to get those programs go to http://files2.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=26502

Yea, no one has coded a utility for making maps yet, but there are a couple that let you edit them.
