The arc...

Not sure if someone has already realised, but the arc in Halo 2 has some relation to the story in the bible. When Noah is told the earth will be flooded beacause of all mankinds sin, he makes an arc. The arc was a boat. When the earth was flooded, he stayed in the arc for 40 days and 40 nights. After that, he and his wife and all the animals he brought on the boat were the only survivors. This leads me to belive the arc on Halo 2 serves the same purpose aswell as being able to activate the other Halo's. When Halo is activated, the only survivors will be those who are on the arc. When the forerunners activated halo, who is to say they didn't go on it?

I think there was a iscusson about this like a week after halo 2 came out. If you haven't realised this before, then you were probebly just born
