WARLOCK.....This is one of the best levels for things like mini-slayer or shotguns. Not for Big team things. And there arent any really good weapons. All there is are these:
Battle Rifle: This is on every one of the 4 rising platforms
Needler: Under the platforms.
Shotgun: On the floor near the teleporters.
The invisble thing is in the middle. Just slip near the crack and you'll get it.
CONTAINMENT.....This is the biggest levels. The bases alone will get you lost. Just do this: SUICIDE WARTHOG DUKE OF HAZARD STYLE!. Load up in a warthog and go up the un-opened ramp (gate)
weapons:
Snipe: If you go to the left side (facing out twords the middle) there are 3 slanted pillars. Under there is a platform. All the way on the left part is the snipe waiting for you.
Rocket: On each side of the map. If you go through the tunnels you will eventually get the rockets and the ammo is on the bridge. I think there is one in the middle bridge. Not sure.
Brute shot: On the upper level.
Vehicles:
Scorpion: I think this is the only map that has a scorpian as a default. But it is under the 3 pillars, under the snipe.
warthog: Just behinde the ramp (bridge)
banshee: Obove the gate on a platform.
Other locations:
Invis: Inbetween 3 rocks near one of the bases (maybe both)
Oversheild: Under the middle bridge
gate switches: in the little buildings infront of each base:
teleprters: Start is right near the flag base. End is obove the gate opening.
TURF: One of the best maps for things like assualt and snipers. I like it because of it's milloin places to run for
weapons: The sniper is up the ramp for the team that spawns near the trucks.
Rocket...forgot
Info: There are places to hide and get a serprise attack everywhere. Look at the scenery. Boxes or even small ledges will lead to a perfect spot or weapon.
The ladders in the middle (near trucks and camp) can be pushed down lo make bridges over the environment. Use this for your advantage.
GAMETYPE HINT: Play this....no sheild...no radar...snipers primary and swords secondary, rockets on map. Its mad fun. Pwned 100-..liek 50 or something like that.
Sanctuary:
This is a good map for team skrimish and team slayer games. No more then 12 people for the best
weapons: sniper...look to the left and follow the path
rocket....unknown...
Sword...In the middle
Easy flag hints: Turn right wehn you get tehre flag and head for the ramp. Jump over that and head for the tunnel. Heads right for your base.
DOWNLOAD TIPS..be patient when downloading. i was downloading the turf and Sanctary map packs and the server froze up. I had to downoad again but it did save its spot. For the next day or two the serversmight be swapmed. Give it time. Plus its overr 5000 bytes or whatever.
Explore: Make a custom game and explore the maps. Find places to hide, places to go, and weapons to snatch and the quickest way to them and back.
