Custom Edition and its updates

Can someone help me out here and tell me the right or wrong answer? I am going mad over this.

-- Does anyone notice that they have off-centered altimeters in their sniper rifle scope? --

Now, if everyone has them since it came with CE, are they supposed to be off-centered?

And are there supposed to be any at all?

They making the sniper rifle like in Single Player, and they made the RHog have better accuracy cos it was really off centred.

dude im not talking about the ACCURACY of things

When you ZOOM IN with your sniper rifle. in Halo CE. Do you see altimeters, sometimes blue sometimes brown/tan, IN YOUR SCOPE? They are offcentered. Look here i will take a screenshot:

now you see those blue..i guess they're white altimeters in my scope? theres one right next to my "2x" and another one outside of the zoom box. Now tell me that's not normal, either that or they are supposed to be in Custom Edition, and mine are just f*ked up
