OK its really quite simple your plugin (that bizigeingtz thing) goes in you plugins folder and the other four files go into the main directory of you 3d max 6 folder. You can test to see if there working by going export under file and seeing if it gives you the option of exporting .jms files. To import and export .3ds items just go to file and click import or export. Hope this helps!

First of all, bizigeingtz? lol. Second of all, the other four files go in WINDOWS\system32, not the 3ds max folder.

Man, even I got confused where to put everything when everyone was spitting out half truths about where to put everything. So I finally got it right. Here it is:
Put all the in the .dll files in your C:\Windows\system32 folder. They may overwrite some of the files already in that folder, but that's ok.
Put the Blitzkrieg.dle in the stdplugs folder in the 3ds max directory.
Hope that clears up some stuff for people.-

... isnt there a section in the HEK Tut on how to install the plugin -- and you are required to have the plugin to make a map -- HEK isnt compatible with .3ds only .scenario which is achieved by saving as a .jms from 3dsmax with the blitzkreig plugin
