How to spawn actors and ai in maps????

hey i've heard in some maps you can spawn ai to fight or play with and actors but i don't know how to spawn them for example spawning ai in hugeass

Simple. Make an AI squad and Put the team on it into sentinel and then make another ai squad and make it have a different team. Put the two squads close to each other and they should fight.

can you do this ingame like for exsample in hugeass you can create sparten ai by doing ai_place red_sniper.
