i got Blender

i got Blender and well it like 3ds max but free and i saw it on here? is there a plugin?

No, there is no plugin.
Also, it's not even close to 3ds Max. The UI and things it can do are much different.

I have blender and on files go to import and press wavefront obj. and choose which obj file to import and put clamp scale or whatever it was to 00 and unselect everthing thats hylighted and inject it.
