Text problem

For some reason the chat system has no text. I don't know what's going on... I've seen other CE videos and screenshots with text, so what's wrong with mine?
A few other things, For some reason I do nto have HEK, tool, or guerilla... Don't they come bundled with Halo CE? There also isn't a data. levels, or any of the folders people keep reffering to... What is wrong?

You have to download HEK separately.

I have the same problem. And reinstalling didnt work.

Any suggestions? Anyone know how to solve this? I'm starting a film recruitment thing And need to talk to them...

well sometimes the chatting doesnt work...bad internet connection??? i dont know, just sometimes it would go out for me

Not internet. I try it on LAN and it doesn't work either. Like, I press the talk key, and the box comes up with no text. No "Team:" or "Say:" or whatever is supposed to come up...
