I have halo tool kit but when I start "Tool.exe" is dont work.It's closing itself, WHY?

This has been answered a lot, but anyway..
You have to run tool from the command prompt.
Make a copy of your cmd and put it in your halo ce root directory.
Start the cmd and type "tool" and type in your command. Tool doesn't have a gui so you gotta do stuff by cmd lines. Watch a video tutorial or something because they all show you how to use it.

Also,there is a version of tool that allows you to use it with a GUI that can be gotten of Hce.halomaps.org
