Gmax download

So I downloaded gmax 1.2 from turbosquid and when I opened the gmax12.exe all it did was instal something called "Intel performance power manager"? Also all the other sites I found on google didnt work or were for a video surveillance thing. Can anybody send me either a working download link or gmax itself? Please? Thank you in advance.
