Problem with Vista and tool

OK i just upgraded to vista everything seems to be running ok except tool. Now when i compile i get

Please help me so i can finish the halo xbox map pack

its not vista. i get an error like that. but different. its not vista dont worry. nobody knows what the error is so far it must be a new error.
The maximum signature size is 500x120px.
