Cant connect to Gamespy Master server?

Cant connect to Gamespy Master server?

Meh, i boot up halo CE (it does the same thing with PC too) and go to matchmaking and it says

"Cant Connect to Gamespy Master server" or something.

I used to play fine up until recently. The only thing i did to my pc was install a new RAM card and thats it.
