i came across this today, someone selling a halo ce with modded maps from here and halomaps.org!!!!

It is illegal.
You may not redistribute the Halo CE setup file for money.
And this is old, maybe not this particular auction, but the idea of selling Halo CE with a bunch of maps for ca$h, someone did it a while ago with a set of H2 maps.
