I'm guessing the bottom of the hole is the hell area. You might have problems with that, but I'm sure you can easily fix them. Also it'd be cool if at the bottom you could make the light red and add some fire-like particle emittors. You could even set two holes, each one on a different island which would make for awesome CTF play, having to go through the hole to get to the other side. But it looks good so far and I'd love to download the finished product.

That looks pretty cool, reminds me of some of the early Halo CE maps.

make the grass a little lighter and have sand in the water instead of grass it makes it unatural

maybe it's a swap? but ya make either sand or dirt mix with grass to make look more natural.

ok, do u have kirk's mapping vid tuts? well if not, i tihnk he said wen u make your map bitmap and expicit aplpha, the grass needs to be green, and the sand is white. (i think youd need to watch kirk's tut or ask some one else, cus i dont have to much experiance in mapping.

has anyone got any ideas that i can use to make some scenery for my map. if u could draw some ideas and post them on here with your name (something like sheilds or places for cover or a teleporter frame thing)

soz but im at school now so i cant get you the pictues. the name is changed to Mystic Island, dont start sayin "its simulay to the map called Mystic" cuz its really startin 2 **** me off. everybody is sayin stuff bout my map being simular in name, stuff inside it. mystic just came into my head wen i was lookin around it in-game. ive copyed nothin out of people maps its ALL from MY HEAD, soz 4 avin a go. but im just tellin u before i get a load of posts sayin its simular to....

i will get you the screenshots as soon aas i can. if im alound on the PC tonight i will get them then.
