HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

i was wondering... is there a way too hex the devmode so i can use it over the internet.... i want too be able too play with cheats just so i can do some cool stuff like super jumps with my freinds online. and so i can spawn banshees on boarding action

anyone got any ideas. i tryed just changing the some stufff but nothing worked.
