Halo CE won't let me on any custom maps, Why?

Whenever I go to my copy of Halo CE, it says that a manual update is required, and the site it gives is not helping me in the slightest way. How can I get past this problem?

Ignore that message. You already have the latest version of Halo CE.
You have to download the maps manually. Go to
http://halomaps.org/ to download maps.
