CMT Mappack

Was there a publically released version of a converter that could convert a Halo CE map(s) to an xbox format so i could for example play the CMT Mappack on my xbox? sorry but i was using the search function with the words converter and such and they were bringing back no such results and i couldnt find a converter *if it even exists* on the apps section.
