Physics Models?

I was woundering if anyone new how to make a good physics model, because i seem to be having some problems with it. I'm making a new vehicle that requires a custom physics model, so please dont suggest to use one of bungies physics tags. My problem with it is simple, tool creates a corrupted tag that has this error when i either try to update it or open it in guerilla.

I have tried numerouse things with the model in max, changing the radius of the mass points, positioning them diffrently, I get the same error. Now this is where it gets interesting. One time I forgot to link the mass points to the frame, and it worked, so I know it has something to do with my mass points. I know it is my mass points because I took another physics model of mine that i made a few months ago (it worked, but i forgot exactly what i did) and recompiled it, and that worked.
Some of you may be saying just reinstall hek, that will work. Well I did, and it didnt work. Also please dont say search for it, cause i have searched for about a week and i have found nothing, all i have found are questions about it. Please, any with info please help me
