HMT Help

I'm sorry for asking this as it has probably been asked way too many times before, but I wasn't able to find any stickies on the subject. I'm trying to run HMT, but it's giving me the error message: "The application failed to initialize properly". Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Any help is much appreciated.
