How do you do CE to PC conversions?
I read somewhere about a converter, but can't find the program.
Or do it in HEX, but how do you do it?

The map converter only allows you to extract stuff with HMT.
There is no way for one to make a CE map run on PC.

Yes there is...
ATM I just want to open them in HHT or HMT, but they get errors when I open them. I know to edit the maps hex, but I don't know which part to edit. I know it's something in the first for hex things, but not which one(s).

i can dig up a ce map thats been converted if you want
[or maybe i mis-interpreted that and you mean the hex doesn't let it run in pc which in that case you are totally right]

You can edit a CE map if you change the header to PC type.
Its pretty straight forward to create a PC modded map using an existing CE Scenario and BSP section. (Check out PCE modding at halopce.com)
Converting a custom made CE BSP into a PC map can be done
http://files.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=50735
but it is a LOT of work.
