HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

After I finish my work on Seperated, I'm going to start a quick project to make a fake Halo 3 video.
It will involve using a fake Halo 3 Main Menu and fake Halo 3 demo level for Halo CE on my notebook, which will be hooked up to my big TV and my Xbox 360 controller (sooooo much fun playing CE with it! THe Draco and Firefly are AMAZING with a controller)
I will be recording it in the unorthodox method of a digital video camera. Why? Because then I can have my xbox 360 controller, showing exact movement and controller of the players and you can't tell that it looks like crap (I have no graphics card on my notebook, so I have to fake all the sweet stuff)

If anyone wants to help me create the Halo 3 mock ups, please do. Keep in mind that nothing needs to work, except maybe the AI. OTher than that, vehicles can be just visble and half a box for collision or have their old Halo 1 counterpart's collision.
The Main menu will be a simple replacement of the Halo logo with a new one and a very blue custom main menu map. Also, I have to replace something with Xbox Live.

Why am I posting this here?
I want people to claim that it is real, but only for a period of time, I'll let everyone know when I want people to know it's fake.
In the mean time, it's 'real', k? Don't tell anyone otherwise or point out its flaws!

Well, that's pretty much it! So who wants to play halo 3?

Maybe you should read my post. Halo CE and some mock up maps. The most important of which will be the main menu.

I have some ideas.....

1: First, don't rush to deliver Fake Halo 3 maps, take your time.

2: Make some new AI, features bungie didn't include, like stuff that was cut, new covenant, new flood, new Sentinels, new vehicles, new stuff, new content, new abilities, and melee combos.

3: Make a whole ton Halo 3 single player maps, and even more mulitplayer maps.

4: Make a new playable character, and make some levels for the Arbiter.

5: Make some emblems fo players to chose on their multiplayer emblems (no innapropraite images!!), and include the ablitie to select who you want to play as character wise (spartan, elite, hunter, brute, etc.).

6. Make new gametypes, and find voice actors for your single player map(not that neccasary).

7: Find a story line for your single player maps!

Uh, this is a mock up for a video, not a full fledged Halo 3!
(believe me, too many people have tried that)

hmm, I might be interested in helping a bit... not to sure how you plan on doing this I mean, faking it... i dunno might work lol...

if u can attempt to make halo 3 so and mp maps im up for it my emails usher69fumch@yahoo.com i have gmax and i know how to make maps, i just don t know how to use the command prompt to turn my map into a tag so i can edit it with gurella then sapien if some1 could show me how to use command prompt. or how bout dis, i'll make the maps and send em to u then u can go on from there
