CAN U SKIN WITH FLASH MX 2004?

hey guys i was wondering if you can skin with flash if you find the right plugins because i don't feel like downloading a free trial of photoshop or going out to buy photoshop elements because im saving my money for the XBOX 360 and other modding goods for my xbox.

Well im not sure bout Flash mx 2004, i never knew it made skins O_o

Well, if it dont, i thing buying the full or downloading the trail is your only choice.

Though you can make images with Flash MX, it cannot export to .TIF format, which the Halo Editing Kit needs to make bitmap tags.

I've heard good things about an imige editor called "Gimp," maybe you should search for it.
