i wasnt sure which forum to submit a CE map idea so i'll just post here. Imagine a huge ship, like the POA that you could walk around in and you can go up to any computer and hold "e" and it connects you to the halomods server and you can post and stuff right from the halo game. There would be elevators and teleporters to get you around the ship fast, and you would be able to drive it,but it would ask you for an ID key before you could get in.
Does anyone think its possible?

Actually that can be something a really good hacker can look into. If your playing on the internet, can't you find a way to connect to an outside server?

Sounds like a nifty idea, but it is not going to work.

Halo stays in Halo, sorry. Though the idea is fun
You can maybe, have 1 server that will forever exist, and have you write your messages there. I dunno how, graffiti or something maybe?

That wouldn't work either. To make graffiti, you would have to do what they did in the H2 CE maps with the spraycan. When you join a server, the graffiti that was made before you came won't be there.

not to mention if they stayed, over time it would lag so bad. Though about my com. ship, maybe u could program it so that when u press the button on the computer,it accesses your internet browser icon and it brings up the site. I dont think that would be too hard. probably easy for a hacker lol

You can't make a button in halo open up a website. However, someone could probably make a flash game with the same idea you have.
