CE bug

whenever i start CE my speakers start making all these funny fart sounds

and then goes away after CE loads,is there any reason for this?

ya i got problem similar to that, but i just get a lot of clicking nosice for a few seconds that sound realy bad for the speackers. and i got top of the lind sound card and 7.1 souond on my computer.

I own a $100 sound card so I dont get that crap... My cousin had it.
